采用1-烯丙基-3-甲基咪唑氯盐([Amim]Cl)和1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑醋酸盐([Emim]Ac)两种离子液体对稻草进行预处理,检测和分析稻草经预处理后纤维素酶酶解产糖量和生化组分含量的变化,并对其结构进行表征及分析。结果表明:两种离子液体预处理均能显著提高稻草的酶解产糖量,经[Amim]Cl或[Emim]Ac预处理后的样品还原糖产量最高分别达到276.9mg/g(130℃,4h)和304.0mg/g(130℃,2h),比未预处理样品的产糖量分别提高6.1和6.7倍;离子液体预处理能改变稻草中纤维素晶型且降低其结晶度,破坏其网状结构,从而提高酶解效率。
The straw was pretreated with two ionic liquids of 1-allyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride ([Amim] Cl) and 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium acetate ([Emim] Ac) Detection and analysis of changes in the amount of sugar and biochemical components of rice straw after pretreatment enzymatic hydrolysis, and its structure were characterized and analyzed. The results showed that both ionic liquid pretreatments could significantly increase the yield of rice straw by enzymolysis, and the highest yield of reducing sugar reached 276.9 mg / g (130 ℃, 4h) and 304.0mg / g (130 ℃, 2h) respectively, which increased by 6.1 and 6.7 times, respectively. The pretreatment with ionic liquid could change the crystalline form of cellulose in straw and decrease its crystallinity, Network structure, thereby enhancing the efficiency of enzymatic hydrolysis.
