啮合印痕是检验齿轮啮合质量的一个重要综合指标，我们通过生产实践与理论研究，分析了影响齿轮啮合印痕的主要因素，从中系统地总结出齿轮副啮合印痕的变动规律，在此基础上提出了便于理解掌握的锥齿轮副的调整程序以供参考。
