本文简述了防止铍青铜零件时效变形的新材料的研制及使用效果,试验与生产实践证明,使用该材料能有效地防止铍青铜零件在时效过程中的变形,变形量仅为空气中时效的1~5%。时效后零件的金相组织、机械性能、表面质量、电化学性能等都同于或优于空气中时效的零件。对于料薄、尺寸大、形状复杂又不能使用金属夹具定形的铍青铜零件,防变形效果更为显著,解决了热处理行业中一个技术难题。本材料无毒、价廉、使用方便、节时节电、经济效益显著。
In this paper, the development and application of new materials to prevent the aging deformation of Beryllium bronze parts are briefly introduced. Experiments and production practices have proved that the use of this material can effectively prevent the deformation of Beryllium bronze parts in the aging process. 1 ~ 5%. Aging after the parts of the microstructure, mechanical properties, surface quality, electrochemical properties are the same or better than air aging parts. For material thin, large size, complex shape and can not use metal fixture shape beryllium bronze parts, anti-deformation effect is more significant, to solve the heat treatment industry, a technical problem. The material is non-toxic, inexpensive, easy to use, saving time and saving, significant economic benefits.
