氮氧化物是常见的刺激性气体之一,包括NO_2、NO、N_2O等。金属酸洗过程中所产生的氮氧化物主要为NO_2。本例患者在清水池底工作约3h,且未佩戴任何防护用具,事故发生41 h后地中NO_2浓度仍超过国家容许浓度,氮氧化物接触史明确。患者在病程中出现肺水肿。根据GBZ15—2002《职业性急性氮氧化物中毒诊断标准》,诊断为急性重度氮氧化物中毒。
