从去年开始,一线房企“出海”动作频繁,海外发债融资、海外项目合作。国内的房地产业“走出去”步伐的加快,是产业发展的必然结果,也与国内限购、限贷、房产税等频频出台房地产调控政策有很大关系。如何科学利用国外较为宽松的融资环境和实现国际化的市场布局,是“出海”房企必须完成好的功课。
