陶瓷型的材料和配方直接关系着陶瓷型精铸件的质量和成本。因而成为我们多年来连续研究的课题之一。根据贵州省的资源主要进行两方面的工作,一是对陶瓷型原材料进行分析研究,二是根据贵州省气候特点和材料特性确定合理配比的研究。既要保证质量又要降低成本。研究出的配方经过生产实践的考验,信息反馈后再进一步研究改进,又用于生产。 一、对陶瓷型各种原材料的分析研究 1.粘结剂——硅酸乙酯水解液。硅酸乙酯本身没有粘结性,必须通过水解,形成硅酸胶体才适合做粘结剂。
