本文研究了聚苯乙烯-丁二烯-4-乙烯基吡啶嵌段共聚物经~(60)Coγ辐照后的性能,实验表明当辐照剂量为10~5Gy时,嵌段共聚物的凝胶含量达98%。此时共聚物有优良的耐酸、硷、有机试剂性能。FTIR红外光谱证实辐照(剂量10~5Gy)后共聚物中双键峰基本消失。TEM照片表明辐照不改变嵌段共聚物的相分离结构。和未辐照的样品相比,辐照后聚合物的断裂模量提高一倍,断裂形变则下降1/5,并且聚合物的应力松弛也减小。聚合物的扬氏模量在0—60℃范围内保持不变(10~(10)dyn·cm~(-2))。上述特点使得辐照后的嵌段聚合物极有利于制成嵌镶离子交换膜。
In this paper, the performance of polystyrene-butadiene-4-vinylpyridine block copolymer irradiated by ~ (60) Coγ was studied. The experimental results show that when the irradiation dose is 10 ~ 5Gy, Gum content up to 98%. At this point the copolymer has excellent acid, alkaline, organic reagent performance. FTIR spectroscopy confirmed that the double bond peak in the copolymer disappeared after irradiation (dose 10 ~ 5Gy). TEM photographs show that the irradiation does not change the phase separation structure of the block copolymer. Compared with the non-irradiated samples, the irradiated polymer had a double modulus of rupture, a one-fifth decrease in rupture and a decrease in the polymer’s stress relaxation. The Young’s modulus of the polymer remains constant (10 ~ (10) dyn · cm -2) in the range of 0-60 ℃. The above characteristics make the irradiated block polymer very conducive to making a mosaic ion exchange membrane.
