目的研究一种用于快速杀灭不明媒介生物及其携带的病原微生物的过氧乙酸复方消毒杀虫剂,在实验室观察其杀灭细菌芽胞的效果。方法把消毒杀虫剂制成二元制剂,使用前复配混匀,用不同浓度进行悬液定量杀芽胞、载体杀芽胞和模拟现场定量杀芽胞试验及有机物和温度的影响试验。结果含500mg/L过氧乙酸和300mg/L有效氯的复方消毒杀虫剂,对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞作用10min的杀灭对数值为4.20~4.65;含1 000mg/L过氧乙酸和500mg/L有效氯的复方消毒杀虫剂,作用10min的杀灭对数值为5.92~6.45。模拟现场试验作用10min的杀灭对数值为4.94~7.25;载体定性杀菌实验的杀灭效果为100%。温度升高,其溶液的杀芽胞菌作用可加强。结论复方消毒杀虫剂达到了快速杀灭芽孢的效果,可以用于不明病原微生物的快速处置。“,”Objective To study a kind of peracetic acid compound disinfection pesticide to quick kill unknown insects as well as the pathogenic bacterias which are carried and observe the effects on killing bacterial spore in laboratory.Method Make the disinfection pesticides into binary preparation,and should be mixed just before using it.Kill spores quantitively using carriers and suspension with different density.Simulate the test of killing spores quantitively on site and test the effects of organics and temperature.Results After 10 minutes use of the compound disinfection pesticides with 500mg/L peracetic acid and 300mg/L active chlorine,the killing log value was 4.20~4.65.After 10 minutes use of the pesticides with 1 000mg/L peracetic acid and 500mg/L active chlorine,the killing log value was 5.92~6.45.While the value was 4.94~7.25 after 10 minutes of simulated field test.The killing effectiveness of carrier qualitative sterilization experiment was 100%.As the rise of temperature,the killing effects can be strengthened.Conclusions The compound disinfection pesticide reached the effects to fast kill spores,thus can be used for the rapid disposal of unknown pathogenic microorganisms.
