Large cell lung carcinoma (LCLC) is a rare subtype of highly migratory non-small cell lung carcinoma (NSCLC) [1] with resistance of chemotherapy [2],which leads to its poor diagnosis and prognosis in clinical practice [3].Evidence showed that non-coding RNAs participating in tumorigenesis and tumor progression can be poteutial therapeutic targets in NSCLC [4].However,due to the low incidence and typical clinical feature of LCLC,knowledge about non-coding RNAs,especially LCLC characteristic miRNAs,their downstream conventional mRNA targets, and the involved lncRNAs is quite limited [5].
