工作中的心理冲突无论对于工作还是本人都是不利的。对于档案管理及工作人员而言,了解心理冲突的根源,找出缓解和解决心理冲突的措施就有着重要的实践意义。
Psychological conflict at work is unfavorable both for work and for myself. For archivists and staff, understanding the root causes of psychological conflicts and finding measures to mitigate and resolve psychological conflicts is of great practical significance.
