针对曲面焊缝的刨削加工,设计出了曲面焊缝旋转刨削机,主要由锥齿轮和拨叉系统组成的间歇运动机构、液压活塞、磁铁顶杆和成形刨刀等组成,间歇运动机构使成形刨刀产生一定的进刀量,可以连续刨削工件。结果表明,采用旋转刨削机刨削曲面薄壁工件的焊缝,工件受到的力是整条焊缝一次刨削时的1/16,远小于材料的屈服极限和强度极限,解决了薄壁工件上整条焊缝一次刨削受力过大而损坏的问题。
