本文在简要论述石油销售企业人才管理现状的基础上,力图从人员选拔、规范管理和考核监督等几个方面入手,思考健全挂职工作管理机制,提高挂职工作的全局性、科学性与针对性,达到挂职范围科学、资格条件明确、人员选拔严格、岗位设置合理、过程管控规范和考核监督严格的效果,最终推动挂职锻炼成果有效转化,培养锻炼企业管理人才。
