在我们试制的蚕茧含水率测试仪中,含水率通过微波水分传感器转换为直流电压信号,但这个电压的数值和含水率之间的关系是不规则的非线性关系(需经过实验逐点标定),所以若只给出电压读数,则尚需通过人工查阅电压-含水率定标曲线才能得到实际的含水率读数.为解决这个问题,我们把传感器产生的电压信号送入以8035单片机为核心的微计算机中处理,直接获得含水率读数,省去了查阅定标曲线的步骤.
In our trial of cocoon moisture content tester, moisture content is converted to DC voltage signal by microwave moisture sensor, but the relationship between the value of this voltage and moisture content is irregular non-linear relationship (subject to point-by-point calibration) , So if you only give the voltage reading, you still need to manually read the voltage - moisture content calibration curve to get the actual moisture content reading.To solve this problem, we put the sensor voltage signal into the 8035 microcontroller as the core Microcomputer processing, direct moisture content readings, eliminating the need to consult the calibration curve steps.
