研究了使用混凝土预拌料和配套的钢纤维浇筑的超高性能纤维混凝土材料(UHPFRC)的抗压及抗弯性能。材料立方体抗压强度平均值在标准热水浴养护后达到165MPa;测试了两个基于此材料的UHPFRC配筋板条的抗弯承载力。试验结果表明,采用开孔截面且不使用箍筋的试件抗弯承载力仅比实心且配置抗剪钢筋的试件低10%。考虑到材料使用、构件自重和钢筋加工成本,超高性能空心配筋板的结构形式更为经济合理。
The compressive and flexural properties of ultra-high performance fiber reinforced concrete (UHPFRC) cast with concrete pre-mix and matched steel fiber were studied. The average compressive strength of the material cubes reached 165 MPa after curing in a standard hot water bath. The flexural capacity of two UHPFRC battens based on this material was tested. The test results show that the flexural capacity of specimens with open cross-section without stirrups is only 10% lower than those with solid and shear-resistant bars. Taking into account the use of materials, the weight of components and the cost of steel processing, hollow structural steel hollow plate more economical and reasonable.
