Steam boiler’s main task is to supply enough steam to meet the needs of the production process. Changes in steam status affect the individual production processes that use steam. So it must be as stable as possible. For example, fluctuations in the pressure on the steam mains can seriously affect the amount of heat that is introduced into each production process. If the steam supply process is disturbed, this instability will be spread through the steam supply system to the various production processes involved. The more stringent the requirements of the boiler control system, the smaller the disturbance to the steam mains will be. This reduces the mutual interference or coupling between the two production processes for steam and steam and may reduce the complexity of the instrumentation and control systems required for these processes. If the control system of the boiler can eliminate the main disturbances, no additional control system is needed to overcome these disturbances in the steam production process.
