目的研究披针叶钩藤的根、茎、叶的性状、显微鉴别特征,为其真伪鉴别及准确用药提供参考。方法采用性状鉴别、显微鉴别的方法。结果发现披针叶钩藤根木栓层3~7层,皮层细胞含红棕色物质,有少量纤维束,大量的韧皮纤维断续排列成环,木质部导管单个或几个成束,呈放射状,髓部较小,偏向一侧;茎近正方形,表皮为一列长圆形细胞,内含棕色物质,下方厚角组织,皮层较窄,韧皮纤维和形成层断续排列成环,木质部导管数个径向相连,髓部宽广;叶上下表皮下方具有厚角组织,主脉维管束外韧型,形成“U”形,木质部导管数个连成直线等特征。结论披针叶钩藤的性状及显微特征,可作为鉴别真伪的参考依据。
Objective To study the characteristics of root, stem and leaf of Uncaria macrophylla and its microscopic identification, and provide a reference for its authenticity identification and accurate medication. Methods using traits identification, microscopic identification method. The results showed that 3 to 7 layers of cork stumps were found in the roots of Uncaria macrophylla. Cortical cells contained reddish brown material with a small amount of fiber bundles. A large number of bast fibers were intermittently arranged in a ring. The xylem catheters were single or several in a bundle, Pith smaller, biased to one side; stems near the square, the epidermis is a column of oblong cells, containing brown material, the bottom of thick angle tissue, the cortex is narrow, bast fibers and formation of intermittent arrangement of rings, xylem catheter A radial wide, pith wide; below the upper and lower epidermis with thick angle tissue, the main vascular bundle outside the tough type, the formation of “U ” shape, xylem catheter connected several straight lines and other characteristics. Conclusions The characters and microscopic features of Uncaria macrophylla can be used as a reference to distinguish authenticity from falsehood.
