河北省冀县县委办公室自去年起,实行了目标管理责任制。办公室的总目标落实到办公室主任,主任又将总目标分解为资料、秘书、机要、行政管理四部分,并落实到分管的副主任,又进一步分解,具体落实到每个人。责任制的实施,有效地改善了办公室的管理,调动了人员的积极性,仅一年时间,冀县县委办公室就被评为衡水地区党委办公室系统的先进单位。在此期间,他们坚持“四不放松”,有效地保证了目标管理责任制的实施。
