间充质干细胞(mesenchymal stem cell,MSCs)是一种具有多向分化潜能的干细胞,其来源广泛,且易于培养扩增.由于人体内环境复杂,如何利用合适的方式保证MSCs在目标部位的迁移定植并分化出功能性组织从而恢复器官功能是目前研究的热点.现就MSCs在体内迁移定植和向平滑肌定向分化方面的研究进展作一综述.
