我们对青海省海晏县东达村进行氟病监测时,测定了病区和对照区人群血、尿中的十个生化项目,得到如下结果:病区人群尿中磷含量低于对照区(P<0.01),血中乳酸脱氢酶(P<0.001)和碱性磷酸酶(P<0.005)病区高于对照区。说明氟离予侵入人体后,不但损害骨骼,还损害酶系统和磷的代谢。所以,把生化项目列入监测内容,有助于了解病区病情轻重和病情动态,为防治和科研提供充分依据。
When we monitored the fluorosis in Dongda Village, Haiyan County, Qinghai Province, we measured ten biochemical items in the blood and urine of the patients in the ward and the control area. The following results were obtained: Urine phosphorus content in the ward was lower than that in the control area P <0.01). The levels of lactate dehydrogenase (P <0.001) and alkaline phosphatase (P <0.005) in the blood were higher than those in the control group. Fluoride to invade the human body, not only damage the bones, but also damage the enzyme system and phosphorus metabolism. Therefore, the biochemical project included in the monitoring content, help to understand the ward severity and disease dynamics, to provide adequate evidence for prevention and research.
