再生障碍性贫血（以下简称再障）是造血系统常见病之一，青壮年发病率高，治疗效果尚不够满意，严重危害人民的健康。现将我院从1957年9月至1979年4月符合再障诊断标准，资料比较完整的93例进行临床分析，并对其发病情况、脾切除治疗和合并妊娠问题略加讨论。
Aplastic anemia (hereinafter referred to as aplastic anemia) is one of the common diseases of the hematopoietic system. The high incidence of young adults, the treatment effect is not yet satisfactory enough, seriously endangering the health of the people. Now in our hospital from September 1957 to April 1979 meet the criteria for aplastic anemia, 93 cases of complete data for clinical analysis, and its incidence, splenectomy and pregnancy problems with a little discussion.
