推进军队后勤保障社会化作为新世纪我军后勤改革的一项重要工作,已进入了军队现代化建设的快车道。然而,由于各部队所担负的任务、所处的环境等不同,遇到了一些这样或那样的问题,集中反映在加快进度、加大力度的迫切要求与人们思想观念的转变、保障资源的配置、军地矛盾的协调、政策措施的配套、保障组织的军事性、管理人员的培养相对滞后等现实问题上。因此,必须采取对策加以解决。
