目的研究优化桃金娘果多糖的水浸提条件。方法采用苯酚硫酸法测定桃金娘果多糖,对水浸提取过程中的浸提温度、时间、料液比3个因素进行单因素试验和正交试验。结果桃金娘果多糖的最佳水浸提条件为:浸提温度100℃,浸提时间120 min,料液比1∶30,在此条件下,多糖的得率为1.86%。结论浸提温度与时间对多糖得率的影响较大,而料液比在选定的范围内影响较小。
Objective To study and optimize the water extraction conditions of fructus peach fruit polysaccharide. Methods The phenol - sulfuric acid method was used to determine the myrtle fruit polysaccharides. The factors of extraction temperature, time and the ratio of solid to liquid were studied by single factor and orthogonal experiments. Results The optimal conditions of water extraction were as follows: the extraction temperature was 100 ℃, the extraction time was 120 min and the solid-liquid ratio was 1:30. The yield of polysaccharides was 1.86% under these conditions. Conclusion The extraction temperature and time have a significant effect on the yield of polysaccharides, while the ratio of feed to liquid has little effect on the selected range.
