本文应用一阶导数光谱法测定维生素Ｅ霜中维生素Ｅ的含量，以２８７．４ｎｍ为测定波长，可排除基质等的干扰。方法的平均回收率为９９．１８％，ＲＳＤ为２．０５％。本方法灵敏、结果准确，适用于医院制剂分析。
In this paper, the first derivative spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of vitamin E in vitamin E cream. With 287.4nm as the determination wavelength, the interference of matrix and so on could be eliminated. The average recovery of the method was 99.18% with a RSD of 2.05%. Sensitive to the method, the results are accurate, suitable for analysis of hospital preparations.
