在高和低浓度氮素营养液中研究了铝对两个玉米品种生长发育的影响,营养液的铝浓度为100μMAl2(SO4)3。两个供试品种在铝胁迫下都表现植株变小、短粗、易碎和分支根少等明显的铝毒害症状。铝胁迫使两个品种的根和叶生长量减少,表现为根和叶鲜重及根长降低。氮素浓度对铝胁迫下的根、叶生长表现正效应。在铝胁迫下两品种的鲜重和相对根长存在明显差异,这种差异反映了玉米品种的耐铝差异性。在两种N素溶液中铝使两品种的根叶可溶性蛋白明显增加,氮素对可溶性蛋白有正效应。铝胁迫还降低根、叶的NO-3含量。
The effect of aluminum on the growth and development of two maize cultivars was studied in high and low nitrogen nutrient solutions with an aluminum concentration of 100 μM Al2 (SO4) 3. Under the aluminum stress, the two cultivars showed obvious aluminum poisoning symptoms such as smaller plant, short stubble, friable branch and less root. Aluminum stress reduced the root and leaf growth of the two cultivars, showing a decrease in fresh weight and root length of roots and leaves. The nitrogen concentration showed a positive effect on root and leaf growth under aluminum stress. There was a significant difference in fresh weight and relative root length of two cultivars under aluminum stress. This difference reflected the difference in aluminum tolerance of maize cultivars. Aluminum in both N-solution significantly increased soluble protein in root and leaf of both varieties, and nitrogen had positive effect on soluble protein. Aluminum stress also reduced NO-3 content in roots and leaves.
