该烟囱为多管式烟囱,外筒为钢筋混凝土,内筒为2根直径为5.0m的钢质排烟筒。施工高达240m时瞬间倒塌。前所未有的施工阶段事故,震惊了全球土木工程界,特别是高耸结构设计、研究、施工界。本文结合事故实例,用“雷击原理”较合理地解释了该烟囱的倒塌过程及倒地后令人费解的种种现象。并深刻反省了国内烟囱避雷装置设计施工中现存的各种严重问题及留下的重大隐患,提出了解决对策,仅供烟囱结构、电气、设计研究和施工人员,以及相关规范修编时参考。
The chimney is a multi-tube chimney, the outer cylinder is reinforced concrete, the inner cylinder is 2 steel smoke pipes with a diameter of 5.0m. When the construction up to 240m instant collapse. The unprecedented construction phase accident has shocked the global civil engineering community, especially the towering structure design, research and construction community. In this paper, with examples of accidents, the principle of lightning stroke is used to reasonably explain the collapse process of the chimney and the puzzling phenomena after falling to the ground. And profoundly reflect on the various serious problems existing in the design and construction of domestic chimney lightning protection devices and the major hidden dangers left behind. The solution to this problem is proposed, only for the chimney structure, electrical, design and construction workers, as well as reference for the revision of relevant norms.
