过去领导学的研究主要注重于团队或组织领导者以及他们与下属之间的关系。自我领导以及其与个体创新性、创造性之间的关系研究在国内尚属空白。本文试图通过对自我领导的概念内涵、创造性与创新性的关系、自我领导与创造性的理论关系的研究,总结出自我领导与个体创新性、创造性的关系模式。本文的研究结果不论对领导学研究领域还是创新性研究领域都有一定的借鉴作用。
Past research in leadership focused primarily on team or organizational leaders and their relationship with subordinates. Self-leadership and its relationship with individual innovation and creativity is still blank in the country. This paper attempts to summarize the creative and creative relationship between self-leadership and individual through the study of the connotation of self-leadership, the relationship between creativity and innovation, and the theoretical relationship between self-leadership and creativity. The results of this paper have some reference for both leadership research and innovative research.
