本文用X射线衍射方法研究了无刻蚀镀铁工艺各个阶段中镀层织构的变化规律,测算了镀层的晶粒大小和微观应力,分析了镀层较高硬度和较高结合强度的原因. In this paper, X-ray diffraction method was used to study the variation of coating texture during each stage of electroless iron plating process. The grain size and micro-stress of the coating were measured. The reason of higher hardness and higher bonding strength was analyzed.
