为给生产和科研提供理论依据 ,对二宫白、黄花、湘南、杭青、新世纪等 5个梨品种花粉生活力进行了测定 ,并探讨了不同种类培养基和生长调节物质对花粉管生长的影响 .结果表明 ,新世纪花粉发芽率最高 ,花粉管生长最快 ;各品种边花花粉发芽率都较中心花粉高 ,大蕾期的花粉发芽率最高 ,小蕾期花粉发芽率最低 ;最佳培养基组合为 :硼 5mg/ L,蔗糖 2 0 g/ L;培养基中添加50 mg/ L赤霉素或 5mg/ L的 2 ,4- D,能明显地提高花粉生活力
In order to provide a theoretical basis for production and research, the pollen viability of five pear cultivars including Nin Gong Pak, Huanghua, Shonan, Hangqing and New Century were determined and the effects of different media and growth regulators on pollen tube growth The results showed that the pollen germination rate was the highest in the new century and the pollen tube grew fastest. The flower germination rate of each species was higher than that of the center pollen, the germination rate was the highest in the bud stage and the germination rate was the lowest in the bud stage.
