螺旋隔板是强化管壳式换热器壳侧传热十分有效的壳程结构型式。以现场的压缩空气为工质 ,分别对花瓣状翅片管 (以下简称为 PF管 )与低肋管在螺旋隔板支承下的传热与流阻性能进行实验研究。结果表明 ,花瓣状翅片管比低肋管具有更优越的传热性能 ,在同等的 Re下 ,PF管螺旋隔板换热器的壳侧传热系数比低肋管螺旋隔板换热器高出 40 %~ 60 % ,而且其压力损失比低肋管低 30 %~ 40 %。此外还与光滑管螺旋隔板和弓形隔板换热器进行对比
Spiral baffle is to strengthen shell and tube heat exchanger shell side heat transfer shell shell structure is very effective.
