0引言2007-2008年,我们在脱水樱桃番茄粒加工项目中进行了樱桃番茄品种选择试验,现将栽培技术总结如下。1加工脱水樱桃番茄品种综合性状指标1.1果实性状果实颜色以大红色为主,少量搭配黄色品种;形状以圆形、卵圆为主;可溶性固形物含量5%~8%,果胶含量高;果色鲜艳,不裂果,耐储运,平均单果重10~20g。
0 Introduction In 2007-2008, we carried out cherry tomato variety selection experiments in the dehydrated cherry tomato grain processing project.
