分层教学是在隆阳区瓦渡乡实施“五步三查”课堂教学模式下,结合新课程标准,面向全体学生,在教育实践中注意学生差异提出的教学模式。在分层教学中,教师可从“同志结对”、因材施教、面向全体、分层评价、营造和谐学习氛围入手,全面提高学生的素质。
Hierarchical teaching is implemented in the “five steps and three checks” classroom teaching mode in Wadu Township, Longyang District, combining with the new curriculum standards and facing all the students and paying attention to the teaching mode proposed by the students in education practice. In the layered teaching, teachers from “comrades”, individualized, facing the whole, hierarchical evaluation, and create a harmonious atmosphere to start learning, and comprehensively improve the quality of students.
