目的:研究莪黄汤对人结肠癌SW480移植瘤生长及VEGF的影响。方法:选健康SPF级BALB/c小鼠2只,雌性,年龄4~6周,体重18~22g;健康SD大鼠40只,体重200±15g。造模后,40只SD大鼠随机分为模型组、对照组、阳性对照组、莪黄汤高剂量组、莪黄汤低剂量组,每组10只,接种后1周开始给药治疗。四组均给予饲料、自由饮用水,分别用相应药物干预处理2周。观察莪黄汤对人结肠癌SW480移植瘤生长及抑瘤作用的影响,运用S-P免疫组化法分析移植瘤内血管内皮生长因子的表达。结果:莪黄汤对SW480移植瘤大鼠瘤体生长有抑制作用,但弱于5-FU;该药等促进大鼠胸腺、脾脏的生长,提升了机体的免疫力及抗肿瘤能力;阳性对照组与药物组对SW480移植瘤大鼠VEGF表达的影响相近;可抑制肿瘤细胞的生长,促进肿瘤细胞的凋亡。结论:莪黄汤对SW480移植瘤细胞的生长有明显抑制作用,减少SW480移植瘤表达VEGF,促进肿瘤细胞凋亡。
Objective: To study the effect of Curcuma Yellow Curcuma on the growth and VEGF expression of human colon cancer SW480 xenografts. Methods: Two healthy SPF BALB / c mice were selected. Female, age 4-6 weeks, weighing 18-22g. Forty healthy SD rats weighing 200 ± 15g. After modeling, 40 SD rats were randomly divided into model group, control group, positive control group, high dose group of Curcuma longa and low dose group of Curcuma longa, 10 rats in each group. The treatment was started one week after inoculation. Four groups were given feed, free drinking water, respectively, with the corresponding drug intervention for 2 weeks. To observe the effect of Curcuma Yellow Curcuma on the growth of human colon cancer SW480 xenografts and its anti-tumor effect. The expression of VEGF in the transplanted tumor was analyzed by S-P immunohistochemistry. Results: Curcuma yellow soup inhibited the growth of tumor in SW480 xenograft tumor rats, but weaker than 5-FU. The drug promoted the growth of thymus and spleen in rats and enhanced the immunity and antitumor ability of SW480 xenografts in rats. The positive control group And drug group on SW480 xenograft tumor VEGF expression similar to; inhibit tumor cell growth and promote tumor cell apoptosis. CONCLUSION: Curcuma longa has a significant inhibitory effect on the growth of SW480 transplanted tumor cells and reduces the expression of VEGF in SW480 xenografts and promotes the apoptosis of tumor cells.
