教研员核心能力主要包括教研力、科研力、执行力、管理力与创新力。教研员核心能力不足的原因主要与其人员来源复杂、教研工作具有自身的特殊规定性、聘任机制不灵活等有关。重庆市沙坪坝区教师进修学院立足本区教研员的实际情况,通过优化队伍结构、推进教研专题化、鼓励教研课题化、倡导教育写作等方式,进行教研员核心能力建设。
