GATA_2是在多种血细胞和神经细胞中表达的一种转录因子 ,调控血细胞和神经细胞的分化 .利用斑马鱼GATA_2基因 5′侧翼调控序列和绿色荧光蛋白 (GFP)基因 ,获得了只在中枢神经细胞表达GFP ,或在神经细胞和表层细胞都表达GFP的转基因斑马鱼种质系 ,同时还进一步证实了GATA_2基因在胚胎发育中的时空表达谱 .这些转基因斑马鱼已繁殖超过 6代 ,产生的GFP的荧光强度未见衰减 .这些转基因斑马鱼在研究神经发生有关基因的表达与调控等方面有重要的利用价值 .
GATA_2 is a transcription factor that is expressed in various blood cells and nerve cells and regulates the differentiation of blood cells and nerve cells.Using the 5 ’flanking regulatory sequence and green fluorescent protein (GFP) gene of GATA_2 gene of zebrafish, GFP, or transgenic zebrafish germplasm that expressed GFP both in neuronal and superficial cells, and further confirmed the spatial and temporal expression profile of GATA_2 during embryo development.These transgenic zebrafish have been propagated for more than six generations GFP fluorescence intensity no attenuation.These transgenic zebrafish in the study of gene expression and regulation of neurogenesis have important value.
