针对马钢CSP生产的SPHC钢钙处理现状,应用热力学平衡模型计算了钙处理钢液中的S-Ca、Al-Ca平衡反应,得出CaS容易在相对较高和温度较低时析出,1 873K时变性处理形成C_(12)A_7和C_3A的理论钙铝比值应分别满足w([Al])~2/w([Ca])~3≤2.90×10~5和9.62×10~3。参照实际生产数据,经分析提出该钢种钙处理时w([Al])~2/w([Ca])~3≤5.0×10~4、w([Ca])/w([Al])为0.09~0.11、w([S])≤0.003%等的合理控制范围。
Aiming at the present status of calcium treatment in SPHC steel produced by CSP in Maanshan Iron and Steel (Group) Co., Ltd., the equilibrium reaction of S-Ca and Al-Ca in molten steel was calculated by thermodynamic equilibrium model. It was found that CaS was easily precipitated at relatively high and low temperature. The theoretical Ca / Al ratio of C_ (12) A_7 and C_3A at 873 K should be w ([Al]) ~ 2 / w ([Ca]) ~ 3≤2.90 × 10 ~ 5 and 9.62 × 10 ~ 3 respectively. According to the actual production data, the results show that w ([Al]) ~ 2 / w ([Ca]) ~ 3≤5.0 × 10 ~ 4 and w ([Ca]) / w ) Is 0.09 ~ 0.11, w ([S]) ≤0.003% and other reasonable control range.
