随着二十一世纪知识经济社会的来临和新课程标准改革的深入实施,传统的体育教学观念、教学模式、教学方式正受到严峻的挑战。如何把学生培养成为高素质、全面发展的新世纪人才,已成为摆在我们每个教育工作者面前的重要课题。那么怎样的教学手段才能使我们的学生全面发展、综合提高呢?1.打破传统学科观,提高课堂效率体育教学作为教育的一个重要组成部分,自身的存在、发展和培养人的过程是不可孤立的,体育教学同其他学科之间是相互联系、相互影响、相互促进的关系,它兼有自然科学、社会科学、适用科学的综合属性,与其他学科是一个相互依存的整体。我们在开展体育教学活动时,就要充分认识这一整体性,站在教育整体的高度来研究体育教材,分析学生和开展教学活动。否则,不但会制约教学的效果,甚至有可能使我们误入片面施教和主观失误的歧途。只有加强体育和各学科之间的联系,
