我地广大菇农近年来采用生料多沟式露地栽培蘑菇新技术,不仅降低劳动强度,减少了生产成本;而且增加出菇面积,菌丝吃料快,生菇早,品质好,产量高。一般亩产鲜菇2500公斤左右,高的达3000多公斤,亩产值为8000～10000元,扣除投资成本2000元左右,纯收入达6000～8000元。现将该技术介绍如下:
