目的评估进展期胃癌患者术后施行早期肠内营养(EEN)的应用效果和安全性。方法对33例进展期胃癌患者术中置鼻肠管,术后早期进行肠内营养。记录患者EEN支持前、后肝肾功能、血糖、电解质以及肠内营养并发症。结果 EEN支持前后患者的钾、钠、血糖、尿素氮和谷丙转氨酶等各项生化指标差异均无统计学意义,同时患者的白蛋白以及淋巴细胞计数保持在一个较为稳定的水平。结论进展期胃癌术后EEN可以有效维持患者的营养状况,是一种安全、有效、方便、经济的营养支持方法,值得临床推广。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of early enteral nutrition (EEN) in patients with advanced gastric cancer. Methods Thirty-three patients with advanced gastric cancer were treated with naso-intestinal tubes and enteral nutrition was performed early after operation. The patient EEN support was recorded before and after liver and kidney function, blood glucose, electrolytes and enteral nutrition complications. Results There were no significant differences in biochemical indexes such as potassium, sodium, blood glucose, urea nitrogen and alanine aminotransferase before and after EEN support, meanwhile patients’ albumin and lymphocyte count kept at a relatively stable level. Conclusion EEN after advanced gastric cancer surgery can effectively maintain the nutritional status of patients. It is a safe, effective, convenient and economical method of nutritional support, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
