针对使用传统插补方法在加工椭圆曲线类工件时存在粗糙度高、光顺度低的问题,提出1种基于NURBS的椭圆曲线加工方法。该方法基于NURBS曲线插补方法对数控程序进行后处理,通过合理选择基函数、控制点、权因子等参数来实现拟合精度及进给速度的优化。仿真与切削加工对比试验结果表明,NURBS曲线插补加工方式提高了表面质量和曲面的光顺度。
Aiming at the problem of using traditional interpolation method to process elliptic curve type workpiece with high roughness and low lightness, an NURBS-based elliptic curve machining method is proposed. The method is based on the NURBS curve interpolation method to post-process the NC program, and the optimization of the fitting accuracy and feed speed is achieved through the rational selection of the basis functions, control points and weighting factors. Simulation and cutting comparison test results show that, NURBS curve interpolation processing methods to improve the surface quality and surface smoothness.
