In recent years, with the acceleration of urbanization and the increase of environmental pollution, malignant tumors have gradually become one of the major causes of death in China. In the study of tumor, telomerase and vascular endothelial growth factor C (VEGF-C) Become one of the hot research topics in tumor markers. Telomerase is a kind of reverse transcriptase. Its activation can solve the shortening problem of end-of-chromosome replication. Its overexpression can make the cells immortal and directly lead to tumor formation. VEGF-C can regulate tumor blood vessels and lymphangiogenesis , Stimulate the proliferation of lymphatic endothelial cells, regulate lymphatic endothelial cell differentiation and lymphangiogenesis, promote tumor cells into the lymphatic vessels and spread through the lymphatic system to the body, thereby promoting tumor lymphatic metastasis. Recent research on the relationship between telomerase and VEGF-C and malignant tumors has also been gradually deepened.
