利用金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、布氏硬度计等仪器对低合金钢履带板试样的微观组织、力学性能进行了研究。分析了低合金钢履带板铸造裂纹产生的原因,并制定相应的措施。结果表明,通过放置冷铁、改善浇冒系统和加强除杂除氧的工艺措施后,铸件组织均匀、晶粒细小、裂纹明显减少。
The microstructure and mechanical properties of low alloy steel track shoe samples were studied by means of optical microscope, scanning electron microscope and Brinell hardness tester. The reason of casting crack in low alloy steel track plate is analyzed and corresponding measures are made. The results show that the castings are homogenized, the grains are small and the number of cracks is obviously reduced by placing cold iron, improving the pouring system and strengthening the process of removing impurities and oxygen.
