文章认为:剩余收益分享制的基础是劳动产权。劳动产权是现代企业制度的支点。与其说是劳动力的商品化,不如说是劳动产权的商品化。只有通过劳动产权的界定,才能彻底理顺劳动者与经营者的责、权、利关系,建立现代的劳动就业与分配制度,构建企业内部激励机制与约束机制的对称结构。劳动产权与劳动者产权是两个不同的范畴。
The article believes that the basis of the residual income sharing system is the labor property rights. Labor property rights are the fulcrum of modern enterprise systems. It is not so much the commercialization of labor as the commercialization of labor property rights. Only through the definition of the labor property rights can the relationship between the laborer and the manager’s responsibilities, rights and interests be completely smoothed out, a modern labor employment and distribution system be established, and a symmetrical structure of the internal incentive mechanism and restraint mechanism can be constructed. Labor property rights and laborer property rights are two different categories.
