烧结机的“顿车”现象,是钢铁企业在使用实践中经常遇到的问题。本文运用链传动的理论,分析了带式烧结机“顿车”产生的原因,提出轻微的“顿车”现象是由烧结机运动特性所决定,重度“顿车”则是异常阻力所致。实例应用结果表明,通过调整头尾星轮和弯道,使其尽可能符合设计要求的位置关系,彻底消除了台车在头尾弯道的异常阻力,解决了烧结机的“顿车”问题。
Sintering machine “Dayton car ” phenomenon is often encountered in the practice of steel companies in the use of the problem. In this paper, the theory of chain drive was used to analyze the causes of the belt sintering machine “Dayton ”, and the slight “Dayton ” phenomenon was determined by the sintering machine motion characteristics. Is caused by abnormal resistance. The results of application examples show that by adjusting the head and tail stars and corners to make it as close as possible to the design requirements of the position, completely eliminate the unusual resistance of the car at the head and tail corners, to solve the sintering machine "problem.
