2008年1月1日《劳动合同法》生效,它的颁布和实施,被视为自1994年《劳动法》颁布实施以后,中国劳动和社会保障法制建设的又一个里程碑。从法律名称来看,《劳动合同法》比《劳动法》多了“合同”两个字。那么在内容上,这部新法律究竟有哪些变化?它的实施将给我们职工和用人单位带来哪些影响呢?
On January 1, 2008, the “Labor Contract Law” came into effect. The promulgation and implementation of the Labor Contract Law is regarded as another milestone in the construction of the legal system for labor and social security in China since the promulgation of the Labor Law in 1994. From the legal name, the “Labor Contract Law” more than “Labor Law” “contract ” two words. So what is the content of this new law and what changes will it bring to our employees and employers?
