静脉输注左旋多巴注射液可避免口服的不稳定吸收并保持稳态血药浓度。但由于注射液pH 过低(3.5),容易引起注射部位剧痛并诱发静脉炎;而在碱性条件下,左旋多巴则转化为有色无活性物质。本实验研究在pH5或6条件下,1mg/ml 左旋多巴的5%葡萄糖注射液的稳定性。共配制4组注射液,其中3组注射液以醋酸钠调节
Intravenous levodopa injection prevents unstable oral absorption and maintains a steady-state plasma concentration.
