近年来,我国航空工业得到了跨越式发展,经过几代科研人艰苦卓绝的奋斗,他们锐意进取,勇往直前,推动了我国航空工业质的飞跃,我国航空工业已经走到世界前列。我国航空工业从无到有,从发展到质的飞跃,这其中项目管理在航空企业中起到了举足轻重的作用。我国的航空企业有着规模庞大、种类多样,所以我国航空企业和部门应用项目管理时,遵循法规化的研制程序,具备严谨的计划规划和节点控制。因此在分析项目管理过程中,有不少理论与我国航空企业管理实践相同,同时也发现很多方法值得研究和参考。应用项目管理的方法,必定将给航空企业的“好、快、省”研制过程中的宗旨打下良好的基础,使我国的航空工业实力得到不断增强,为我国的航空工业的更好更快发展提供坚实保障。
In recent years, China’s aviation industry has been leaps-and-bound development. After several generations of hard work and arduous efforts of scientific researchers, they are determined to make progress and move forward. This has promoted the qualitative leap in China’s aviation industry. China’s aviation industry has come to the forefront in the world. At the same time, many methods are worth to be studied and referenced. The application of project management methods will surely lay a good foundation for the purpose of “good, fast and provincial” development of aviation enterprises so that the strength of China’s aviation industry will be continuously enhanced and the aviation industry in our country will be better and more Fast development to provide a solid guarantee.
