以多异氰酸酯和聚醚多元醇为主要原料,加以催化剂和发泡剂等助剂,制备了1种新型的聚氨酯灌浆材料。用制备的新型聚氨酯灌浆材料与某煤矿上现用的聚氨酯灌浆材料进行了对比实验。通过实验得出结论:自主研发的新型聚氨酯灌浆材料比某煤矿现用的聚氨酯灌浆固化时间短,材料密度大,抗压强度高,安全系数大。
A kind of new polyurethane grouting material was prepared by using polyisocyanate and polyether polyol as the main raw materials and adding additives such as catalyst and foaming agent. A comparative experiment was made between the new polyurethane grouting material and the polyurethane grouting material currently used in a coal mine. The conclusion drawn from the experiment is that the new polyurethane grouting material developed independently has shorter curing time, higher material density, higher compressive strength and higher safety factor than the polyurethane grouting used in a coal mine.
