“城市网络形象的引导和管理,当前应当成为各城市执政者必须面对的课题。”新华网网络舆情监测分析中心主任段赛民在“2012年度城市网络形象排行榜”专家研讨会上的发言引发与会者的共鸣。当下,层出不穷的突发事件,经互联网发酵后,不断考验着地方领导驾驭信息时代城市管理的能力和城市的综合形象。在此次研讨会上,新华网网络舆情监测分析中心、中国社会科学院城市发展与环境研究所、武汉大学互联网科学研究中心联合发布了“2012年度城市网络形象排行榜”。获得2011~2012年度中国网络形象十佳城市依次为:深圳、厦门、杭州、成都、广州、济南、银川、西安、福州、宁波。据了解,此次调查采集数据包括11万条新闻、42万条微博和285份政府工作报告,从城市管理者自我定位和现实
