目的探讨全身MR弥散加权(WB-DWI)对恶性肿瘤远处骨转移的临床应用价值。方法经病理确诊,且SPECT全身核素骨显像诊断骨转移瘤的恶性肿瘤患者11例,1.5THDMR进行全身MR-DWI,然后重建全身图像。结果所有患者均获得良好的全身WB-DWI图像,重组3D-MIP全身图像对骨转移瘤均显示较敏感。结论全身弥散加权成像是诊断恶性肿瘤全身骨转移的一种快速、有效的技术,具有一定的临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of whole body MR diffusion weighted (WB-DWI) for distant bone metastases of malignant tumors. Methods Totally 11 patients with malignant tumor of bone metastases were diagnosed by SPECT with whole-body radionuclide imaging. Whole-body MR-DWI was performed by 1.5 THDMR and the whole body images were reconstructed. Results All patients had good whole-body WB-DWI images, and the whole body images of recombinant 3D-MIP showed more sensitivity to bone metastases. Conclusion Whole body diffusion-weighted imaging is a rapid and effective technique for the diagnosis of whole body bone metastases of malignant tumors and has certain clinical value.
