目的探讨绝经后女性人群瘦体重、体脂与骨密度(BMD)的关系。方法长沙地区各工作岗位的45~81岁绝经一年以上健康女性志愿者185例,采用美国Hologic QDR-4500A型扇形束DXA仪,测量每例受试者腰椎前后位腰1至腰4及髋部总体面积BMD,单位g/cm2。用美国Hologic QDR-4500A型扇形束DXA仪作全身扫描测出头部、躯干、肋骨、骨盆、脊椎、上肢、下肢及全身的骨矿物含量、BMD、体脂含量和肌肉组织重,结合测得的指标,计算出体重、瘦体重和体脂百分比。结果瘦体重与各个部位骨密度呈显著正相关;总体脂含量与髋部骨密度呈正相关,体脂百分比与全身骨密度呈负相关。结论坚持适当运动以维持瘦体重,有助于减少绝经后女性骨量的丢失。
Objective To investigate the relationship between lean body mass, body fat and bone mineral density (BMD) in postmenopausal women. Methods A total of 185 healthy female volunteers aged 45-81 years and over menopausal for one year or more in 45 ~ 81 years of age working in Changsha area were enrolled. The American Hologic QDR-4500A fan-beam DXA instrument was used to measure the anteroposterior lumbar spine 1 to 4 and hip Ministry of the total area of BMD, unit g / cm2. Bone mineral content, BMD, body fat content and muscle mass in the head, trunk, ribs, pelvis, spine, upper extremity, lower extremity and whole body were measured by whole-body scanning with American Hologic QDR-4500A fan-beam DXA instrument. Indicators, calculate the weight, lean body mass and body fat percentage. Results The lean body mass was positively correlated with the BMD of each part. The total fat content was positively correlated with the BMD of the hip. The body fat percentage was negatively correlated with the BMD. Conclusions Adhere to appropriate exercise to maintain lean body mass and reduce the loss of bone mass in postmenopausal women.
